| |
Growing
up as an urban youth on the Westside
of Chicago, Aaron Wade experienced first
hand the everyday challenges faced by
our youth. The feelings of not having
support, not seeing hope for his life
and feeling trapped with no options
or possibilities. For Aaron, it wasn’t
until someone reached out to show him
that he had choices, that he could make
it! Overcoming many life obstacles gave
him the foundational preparation for
effectively working with youth.
Aaron Wade is a skilled facilitator
and motivational speaker, speaking at
over a 100 engagements. He has developed
curriculums and sessions for youth conferences,
company retreats and banquets. He has
also taken public speaking courses and
is a Certified Youth Facilitator.
Aaron holds a BA in both Psychology
and Public Policy from DePaul University.
While in Chicago he also served as Youth
Minister at Life Reach Ministries Church.
Currently, Aaron is pursuing his Master’s
in Divinity at Howard University. He
is affiliated with several national
social change organizations, including
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., NAACP
and College Summit, Inc. |
