Judge
R. Eugene Pincham (retired Appellate
Court Judge for the State of Illinois)
says: "You can't be what
you can't see." He is making
reference to the lack of positive
African American male role models
available for inner city youth
in the 21st Century. The images
portrayed on television (from
"The Wire" to Flava
Flav) don't give young black boys
much to see, in terms of what
they can be!
Aaron Wade is like a breath of
fresh air for these young students.
They can see the results of a
changed life, an educated young
black man, a "brother"
who knows hip hop and whose personal
relationship with God gives him
a grounding that enables him to
reach a wide spectrum of African
American youth -- from those born
and raised in hard core poverty
to those who are from middle income
families. His presence among young
people and those who work with
young people is as valuable as
his workshops and seminars, if
not more so.

| “Over
the past three years, I’ve seen
Aaron work with young people. His passion
and dedication impacted our students
not only for the weekend, but even several
years later. This young man is exceptional
and I highly recommend him as a facilitator
for any organization who considers themselves
a change agent.” |

“Aaron is grounded in his faith, his
honesty and value shines through both his
countenance and his work ethics… one
of my students, who was a challenge to both
her teachers and her peers, showed tremendous
growth after attending a workshop facilitated
by Mr. Aaron Wade.” |

“Aaron has such a wonderful and delightful
approach that demands your attention and lifts
you up to a refreshing new level. First hand,
I’ve witnessed the positive impact he
had on my students. He turned an ordinary
topic into a work of art which led students
to believe in themselves after they had lost
hope. On top of this, he challenged them to
be leaders,” |

“I am amazed at how effective
Aaron is at helping people overcome
their fears, and empowering them to
focus their energies on achieving their
goals. It is also awing how Mr. Wade
helps groups achieve break through results
faster that I thought possible.” |

He has a very comfortable style
that captures the attention of
